"Needed a plumber as both of our toilets had issues. The plumber we usually use missed appointments and would not return our calls. Found Sany Help online with great reviews. We called Sany Help in the morning and were told someone would come by after 17:00. Mr. Thomas Zinkstein arrived at our house a little before 20:00, as his last job took longer than expected. He knew our mother tongue was English and came prepared with a translation app on his phone. After five minutes he assessed the toilets and diagnosed the problems and gave us the fee for his work and parts. The price was very fair! The work was started and finished within an hour. He explained the work and parts that he was replacing. He also told us what brand to look for when we need professional grade materials. Toilets are all working properly and we have found ourselves a quality company and person to contact with any of our plumbing needs! I would highly recommend Sany Help and Mr. Zinkstein!!"
